These factors are referred to as clinical studies of disorder (Anderson, 1982). Tracy’s parents are an un-due and unfair influence upon him, as they are putting enormous pressure on him to excel. This coercing attitude has made Tracy not only more vulnerable emotionally, but his mental growth is also deteriorating. His artistic and creative capabilities are not allowed to prosper; hence he’s getting lethargic and passive. He’s not doing any better in class either, as his mind is entangled in a lot of psychological dilemmas.

What can be done? It is in the best interest of the child, that Tracy’s parents take him for clinical counseling, to a good psychotherapist for a thorough and deep analysis of the situation. Tracy’s parents must try to resolve their issues, and if things don’t work out, they must discuss with their child, in a more convincing manner and depart amicably, if they must, so they stay on friendly terms for the sake of their child. Tracy’s problems can be solved, just when his creative abilities get a chance to show through self-exploration.

Different children, have been varying artistic abilities, they only need guidance and mentoring. Tracy’s teachers must take special care of his emotional well being, and encourage him towards engaging in extra-curricular activities along with academic interests. Tracy’s writing talent needs to blossom, along with his arithmetic acumen. Once Tracy’s mind's peace is restored, he will surely begin to open up and socialize and will be able to make friends, which will help him maintain a healthy social equilibrium.

Second question: 2) Psychological theories: A child in his mid school years is going through a delicate web of emotional dilemmas and confusions. Their early formative years are most impressionable and emotionally challenging for the child’s developmental process. Such as, a child becomes aware of the gender roles and discriminations. Gender based beliefs and perceptions, forms a child’s moral development base as he begins to develop varying interests and expectations. Feelings of uprightness, guilt, anxiety, abeyance, fear and judgment begin to take their shape.

The case analysis of Adam and the social and psychological aspects of his development: I came across Adam during my psychology internship period; Adam is six years of age; he is in 2nd standard; he lives only two blocks away from my house. He came with his mother, who is also a friend of my mothers and heard about my professional training in child counseling. Adam is a very shy and reserved child, a lot more introvert and dismal than most kids of his age. Adam’s mother told me, that he never takes much interest in socializing and playing with his peers.

He likes to be at home lifetime and spend his playing hours with his siblings and his toys.  Whenever another kid tries to befriend him, he discourages them. When I had a discussion with him about his reserve attitude, I came up with the following analytical inferences: Internalization process: After having a thorough background check about Adam and his family.
