Extract of sample "Environmental Law Related to Solar Energy Exploitation"

Environmental law related to solar energy exploitation The world is going to face a severe energy crisis shortly unless the exploitation of renewable energy sources has not been increased. The world can't develop properly unless it reduces its overreliance on nonrenewable energy sources such as oil and Coal. Smith (p.162) mentioned that air pollution, thermal pollution, land devastation, groundwater pollution, acidification of streams and rivers, erosion, subsidence of land caused by underground mines, hazards to miners, and, of course, global warming are some of the environmental problems caused by oil and coal utilization.

It should be noted that solar energy provides clean and green energy. It causes fewer environmental problems compared to other energy sources.
