In this report, I will present the project stakeholder and governance analysis regarding the identification of stakeholders of this project.
AIMS
This project has the following aims:
• Helping the AIDS-infected people of Sub-Sahara Africa
• Providing them with clean drinking water
• Increasing the awareness among people of the HIV/AIDS disease
• Providing HIV-infected children with more playing grounds and facilities

Role of Stakeholders, project manager
The role of the main stakeholders of this project is significant. This is public welfare project that will facilitate the poor and HIV-infected Children and people. We have to promote this project for international financial aid, using international donors, because this project requires a lot of financial aid to deploy approximately 300 such units and each unit has a price of $ 5000.
Next, if we talk about the role of the project manager. The project manager has to pay his best effort to make this project successful, for this purpose he has to work closely with the governmental institutions so that the project has a constant pace and turns out to be successful.

Scope
I have analyzed the overall project and found that this project is going to establish a better lifestyle for the people of Sub-Sahara Africa. Most people are HIV infected so this project will be a very good effort for providing them relief. Next, this project is also related to increasing awareness among the people of this disease.

Context
Project stakeholders and strategic governance analysis that I have carried out help us to:
Identify the main stakeholders
Classify the main project supports
Establish a policy for fundraising
Plan in a better way for this project
Provide the governmental institutions with the clear picture of the whole effort
Significance
The Project stakeholders and strategic governance analysis that I have carried out are feasible in falling ways:
• For better resource planning and financial planning
• For better HRM identification and utilization
• Identified the main financial stockholders
• Presenting a clear overview of the project

Conclusion
In this report, I have discussed the South African roundabout HIV/AIDS initiative project. In this project report, I have identified the main stakeholders of this project. The main purpose of this project is to facilitate South African HIV-infected people. This report will be helpful for better project planning and implementation. Read More
