"Healthcare System in China" is a perfect example of a paper on the health system.
Since the 1980s, the health care system in China has transformed as a result of the changes in the country's economic policy and administrative system. The health system was majorly centralized, and it successfully played a vital role in improving the general health of the Chinese people. Over the previous decade, the differences in rural-urban resource allocation and health insecurity among many Chinese are the primary and long-lasting problems in the health administration sector. In recent years, inflation of the entire economy has contributed to the rise of the prices for medical services; therefore, the health care cost has promoted economic burden to the minor group individuals thus affecting the health care system of the Chinese population (Li et al.,2017).

Over time, the burden of disease in China has considerably shifted with maternal, infectious, and non-communicable, neonatal, and nutritional disorders. Moreover, exposure to some risk indicators has led to an increase in health conditions such as a rise in systolic blood pressure, increased body mass index, fasting plasma glucose, and high particulate matter pollution. Changing lifestyles involving a high consumption of red meat and reduced frequency of engaging in physical activities have rapidly led to increasing diabetes cases in China. Therefore, most non-communicable diseases in China, specifically extensive body mass index, are majorly caused by dietary risks. The two major causes of the burden of disease in China are ischaemic heart condition and stroke. At the provincial level, there is substantial heterogeneity for the weight of illness caused by the two central conditions. Therefore, the most affected provinces are those experiencing low economic performance. Rapid fall in mortality during childhood stage and maternal mortality has contributed to the reduced burden of diseases. The priority for the country of China is public health. The main goal of prioritizing public health is to promote a long and healthy life expectancy and improve disease prevention. Other priorities are improving infant mortality, improving health and insurance, and promoting health equity and the health industry. Air pollution is among the priority issue to deal with by the Chinese government because particulate matter pollution is one of the main risk factors causing deaths (Zhou et al.,2019).

A broad range of prevention and control plans, policies, regulations, and strategies have been established in China to focus on interventions of the health burden, specifically in children and women. The current public health strategies include a national medium-term to a long-term plan to prevent and treat chronic diseases for 2017 to 2025, the development of national demonstration areas to comprehend, prevent and control non-communicable conditions—moreover, the healthy lifestyle for 2017 to 2025 action protocol. Healthy China 2020 and 2030 are the government policies established to improve risk decline and promote healthy lifestyles. The Chinese central government issued Healthy China 2030, a national health policy aiming to adopt the best appropriate health strategies for promoting the general health of Chinese individuals from 2016 to 2030.  Chinese hepatitis B prevention policy designed to interrupt perinatal transmission. Maternal mortality reduction programs launched in 2000 and the Neonatal Tetanus elimination program targets systematically promotes obstetric care quality within the entire regions of China. Since 2009, the Chines government included diabetes and hypertension management in the national basic public health service project. In 2013, National Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan issued minimized air pollution; in this, ten specific measures, strategies were identified for implementation involving related government agencies. The policies were established by the Chinese government to guide Chinese individuals on how to participate in several departments and to encourage communities to engage and work as one to eradicate non-communicable disorders (Jing-jin,2007).

The collaboration efforts to address the burden of disease in China involve; the implementation of individual responsibility within health sectors that promoted personal health responsibility. Therefore, it plays a significant role in reducing the burden of disease caused by the exposure to risk factors, for instance, the decline in high case of high body mass index and lung cancer posed by air pollution. The legalization of private practices by health officials facilitated availability and improved the provision of health services within the country. Decentralization of hospitals from county township to governmental township increased accessibility of health services to most Chinese and minor groups in Chinese society. The establishment of health insurance for the rural people provided coverage for all types of diseases. It enabled them to attend to their medication, and last but not least, efforts to address disease burden is the reformation of health security. For instance, Chinese hepatitis B vaccination was added to all childhood vaccinations because it was successful and productive. The creation of improved employment opportunities for youth and women has contributed to development and urbanization because it reduces suicidal rates and stress among women and other impoverished individuals. Also, high education achievement levels among Chinese and sustainable economic growth in the country have promoted a decline in health burden. (Chen, 2009).

Conclusion

In conclusion, the health care system in China, private and public, plays an essential role in sustaining the health condition of the Chinese. However, health administrators find it vital and strenuous activity to modify the health system promptly and adequately during the economic reform process in the country. The main ways for China to develop and prosper in the health care system are to continuously adopt appropriate and suitable traditional health services, correcting mistakes in the medical field, and persevering in the health reform exercises.
